Spruce Art & Support is committed to providing respectful, reliable, and transparent services. The following payment policy helps ensure clarity and consistency for all clients and families.

Accepted Methods of Payment

At this time, we accept the following payment methods:

  • Interac e-Transfer

  • Cash (in person)

  • Cheque

Payment details will be provided at the time of booking or invoicing.

Payment Timing

  • Payment is due at the time of service or in advance, depending on the service arrangement.

  • For recurring services or packages, payment schedules will be discussed and agreed upon prior to starting.

Invoices may be provided upon request.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that schedules and needs can change.

  • We kindly request 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Late cancellations or missed visits may be subject to a fee, depending on the circumstances.

  • We aim to approach all situations with fairness and understanding.

Service Packages

Some services may be offered as part of a package or ongoing support plan. Package details, pricing, and payment expectations will be clearly outlined before services begin.

Non-Medical Services

Spruce Art & Support provides non-medical, non-clinical support services only. Payments are for time, support, and creative engagement, not for medical or therapeutic treatment.
