Spruce Art & Support

Rooted in Care and Connection

The name Spruce reflects how we approach our work grounded, steady, and focused on growth over time. We believe that care and creativity can strengthen everyday life through small, meaningful moments: a shared activity, a helpful visit, a thoughtful conversation.

What to Expect

  • We blend guided moments, open exploration, and space to reflect so the experience feels both focused and fluid.

  • Connection is a core part of the process. You’ll learn just as much from the group as from the content with the art itself.

  • Led by experienced individuals who know how to hold space, encourage participation, and keep things moving with purpose.

  • Our events prioritize comfort, safety, and respect, so you can show up as you are and fully engage in the process of making art.

  • We often include optional check-ins, next steps, or community resources to help you keep the momentum going.

  • Workshop participants ease into the day with creative prompts and a welcome circle to get grounded and set the tone.

  • Our first session focuses on the foundations of art. From tool basics to care and simple composition tips, you’ll start building confidence and finding your creative rhythm.

  • With the basics fresh, we’ll dive into hands-on art making. We’ll explore all sorts of shape, scale, and movement while encouraging personal style through artistic design.

  • To close the day, you’ll create a final piece to share with the group if you choose to. We’ll reflect on our process and celebrate the creativity that has unfolded.
