Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Spruce Art & Support understands that life can be unpredictable.
Our goal is to remain flexible while also respecting the time and care involved in preparing for each visit.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled service.
Providing advance notice allows us to:
Adjust our schedule responsibly
Offer availability to other clients
Prepare thoughtfully for each visit
Late Cancellations & Missed Visits
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed visits without notice, may be subject to a 50% visit fee.
Fees are assessed on a case by case basis, with consideration for unforeseen circumstances.
Our approach is always reasonable and compassionate, and we encourage open communication.
Emergencies & Unexpected Situations
We recognize that emergencies happen.
If an unexpected situation arises, please contact us as soon as possible. We aim to handle these situations with understanding and flexibility.

For recurring services or service packages:
Scheduling expectations will be discussed in advance
Any applicable cancellation terms will be clearly outlined before services begin
