Spruce Art & Support

Support for Families & Caregivers

Helping you support someone you care about with creativity, consistency, and respect.

Caring for a loved one can be meaningful, but it can also be overwhelming.

At Spruce Art & Support, we work alongside families and caregivers to offer thoughtful, non-medical support that complements existing care while helping individuals stay engaged, supported, and connected.

When Extra Support Can Help

Families often reach out when:

  • A loved one is living independently but needs more support day to day

  • Social connection or engagement has become limited

  • Care responsibilities are increasing and extra help would ease the load

  • Creativity or routine could bring comfort and structure

  • Inviting someone into the home feels like a careful decision

We understand that trust matters and we take that responsibility seriously.

How We Support Your Loved One

Our services are non-medical and non-clinical, designed to support independence and well being in everyday life.

In-Home Art & Support

Personalized, one-on-one support in the comfort of home, which may include:

  • Friendly companionship and conversation

  • Creative art activities for relaxation and expression

  • Grocery shopping and errands

  • Light household assistance (non-specialized tasks)

  • Appointment accompaniment

  • In-home hair services and personal presentation support

All services are discussed in advance and delivered with clear boundaries and respect.

Community Creative Wellness

For individuals who enjoy group settings or prefer not to begin with in-home support, we also offer:

  • Gentle, inclusive art-based wellness sessions

  • Calm, welcoming environments

  • No artistic experience required

  • Opportunities for social connection and engagement

Many families choose community sessions as a first step.

A Flexible, Collaborative Approach

Every family’s situation is different.

Some people benefit from light, occasional support. Others need more consistent involvement. Many choose a combination of in-home and community based services.

We work collaboratively with families and caregivers to:

  • Understand preferences and comfort levels

  • Adjust support over time as needs change

  • Communicate clearly and respectfully

  • Maintain consistency and reliability

What We Do and What We Don’t Do

For clarity and peace of mind:

We provide:

✔ Non-medical support

✔ Creative wellness activities

✔ Companionship and practical assistance

We do not provide:

✘ Medical or clinical services

✘ Personal care (bathing, lifting, toileting)

✘ Medication administration

If medical or personal care is required, we encourage families to work with licensed providers alongside our services.

Getting Started Is Simple

We don’t believe in pressure or long commitments upfront.
