Monthly plans offer reserved time in our schedule and a discounted hourly rates for families who want consistent support.

Below is a breakdown of what our support can include. Your visits can be structured around one focus, or blended into a custom plan.

1) Check-In & Companion Support

Best for: connection, light support, and wellness check-ins

Examples may include:

• Friendly conversation & companionship

• Creative conversation prompts or simple activities (optional)

• Light tidying & household support

• Help creating small routines and structure

• Gentle encouragement and support with independence

2) Creative Wellness Sessions

Best for: calm, expression, engagement, and emotional well-being

Sessions may include:

• Guided creative activities (drawing, collage, prompts, journaling, etc.)

• Low-pressure, ability-friendly art-making

• One-on-one support, encouragement, and connection

• Gentle cognitive engagement and conversation

No art experience is needed this is about process over perfection.

3) Full Independence Support (Comprehensive Visits)

Best for: consistent daily support, companionship, and practical help

Examples may include:

• Meal planning support and light meal prep assistance

• Errands and grocery support

• Help organizing home tasks and routines

• Accompaniment to appointments or community outings

• Meaningful connection and conversation throughout the visit

To keep things transparent, here are a few common add-ons and scheduling notes:

Community Outings /Appointments

Support with errands, outings, and appointments can be included in the hourly rate when local.

If travel time is significant, we’ll confirm pricing clearly in advance.

Travel:

We serve White Rock / South Surrey and nearby areas.

If you are outside our core service area, a small travel fee may apply (we’ll always confirm first).

Supplies:

Basic creative materials are typically included. If a client requests specialty supplies, we will confirm any additional cost ahead of time.
